1. Our Commitment

Fiatmo LLC ("Fiatmo," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Fiatmo website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Fiatmo has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). The safety of children is a fundamental priority, and we are committed to preventing, detecting, and removing CSAE from our Services and to reporting it to the appropriate authorities.

These standards describe how we work to keep children safe on our Services. They apply to all users and to all content and conduct on the Services.

2. What Is Prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on our Services, without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, drawings, animations, and computer- or AI-generated content
• The sexualization of minors, including sexually suggestive content involving anyone under the age of 18
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual activity or to obtain sexual content from a minor
• Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate content of a minor
• The trafficking, advertising, soliciting, or facilitating of CSAE or CSAM
• Sharing, linking to, or directing users to CSAE or CSAM hosted elsewhere
• Any other content or conduct that endangers or exploits children

Violations result in immediate removal of the content, termination of the responsible account, preservation of evidence, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

3. Minimum Age

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or such higher age as required by applicable law), and we do not knowingly permit them to create accounts. If we become aware that a user is under the minimum age, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the account. This standard is consistent with our Privacy Policy.

4. How We Prevent and Detect CSAE

We combine policy, technology, and human review to keep children safe:

• Clear, publicly available rules that prohibit CSAE and CSAM in our Terms and these standards
• In-product reporting tools that let any user flag content, comments, or accounts for review
• A trained moderation team that reviews reports and takes enforcement action
• Removal of violating content and termination of offending accounts
• Preservation of relevant data to support investigations by law enforcement
• Ongoing review and improvement of our safety measures

5. How to Report

5.1 In the App

Any user can report content or behavior directly within the Services using the report option available on posts, comments, and user profiles. Reports relating to child safety are prioritized for review.

5.2 By Email

You can also report concerns about child safety to us at privacy@fiatmo.com. Please include as much detail as possible (such as links, usernames, and a description) so we can act quickly. Do not download, save, or share the suspected material yourself.

5.3 To Authorities

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services right away. In the United States, suspected child sexual exploitation can be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. Outside the United States, please contact your national child-protection hotline or local law enforcement.

6. How We Respond to Reports

When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we:

• Review the report promptly and remove violating content
• Disable or terminate the accounts responsible
• Preserve relevant evidence in accordance with applicable law
• Report apparent CSAM to NCMEC and/or the appropriate authorities as required by law
• Cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement and child-protection agencies

7. Legal Compliance

We comply with all applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including obligations to report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities. We maintain processes to meet these legal requirements and to respond to lawful requests from law enforcement.
